Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and work with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes and building key influencers relationships.

Responsibilities include forecasting, negotiations, price strategies, and collaborating across functions to deliver customer experience results. Advancing market share and growing Dow's presence are core objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plans with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
