Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts.

You will handle non-selling processes, build strong customer relationships, and drive leads, territory planning, and pricing strategies across multiple channels. The role requires developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating price strategies while ensuring compliance with Dow processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand networks within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value in alignment with marketing.
