Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and deliver technically sound solutions across multiple channels.

You will analyze data, forecast sales, and negotiate pricing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and sustained Dow leadership in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across different levels in a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals.
