Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution.

You will engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers while leading lead generation, territory definition, and sales analytics. The role involves delivering technical solutions, coordinating with production and supply chain, and negotiating pricing strategies within legal and Dow processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network to different levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
