Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to grow the customer portfolio, manage distribution, and build relationships with key influencers across regions.

You will define sales territories, analyze market data, develop price strategies, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to deliver growth while upholding Dow’s standards. The role demands a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and legal right to work in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the regional account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and develop the sales plan aligned with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
