Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the market. You will lead lead generation, define territories, deliver sales analytics, and provide technical solutions through various channels.

The role emphasizes building relationships with key influencers, negotiating pricing strategies, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to meet growth targets. Regional flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value, coordinating with functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
