Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest.

You will engage with large accounts, drive lead generation, define sales territories, and analyze sales data across channels. The role focuses on building relationships, executing robust sales plans, and coordinating with production and supply chain to forecast demand and capture growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals with legal and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
