Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

The role involves working with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers across multiple channels. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering with a focus on volume, value, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at E5/PO2/Sergeant level.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the Pacific Northwest region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network at multiple levels within customers.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
