Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will also engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers. Key duties include generating leads, defining sales territories, producing sales analytics, delivering technical solutions to customer challenges, and coordinating across face-to-face, phone, or email channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US-based position requires ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
