Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves engaging large accounts, guiding non-selling processes, and building influential relationships across customer organizations.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, delivering sales analytics, and providing technical solutions across multiple channels. Regional scope may vary by business alignment and can be global at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and deliver in volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
