Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

The role involves working with large accounts, guiding non-selling processes, and building strong relationships with key influencers across multiple channels. Key duties include generating leads, defining sales territories, analyzing sales data, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
