Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

The role involves engaging with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building strong relationships with key influencers across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, and developing technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian NCO/Sergeant equivalency.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
