Job summary

Dow Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest focuses on supporting small to medium customers while managing distribution in the market. You will engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers while shaping sales strategies across regions.

The role involves generating leads, defining territories, providing technical solutions, and coordinating with production and supply chain to deliver volume, value, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank is required.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies with legal/regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
