Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow small to mid-sized accounts, manage distribution, and engage large customers. You will identify opportunities, build relationships across multiple levels, and execute coordinated sales plans with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes lead generation, territory definition, sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, and email channels. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
