Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and oversee distribution.

You will manage large accounts, coordinate cross-functional activities, and develop strategies across sales, marketing, and pricing to win market share. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, delivering value through technical solutions, and leading negotiations across channels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
