Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing analytics, delivering technical solutions, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to drive volume and value for Dow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to inform sales strategy and product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies in line with business goals and compliance.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
