DocuWare is seeking a Sales Manager for UK & Ireland and Nordics to drive sustainable revenue growth via indirect and direct sales teams. You will report to the VP and shape the regional sales strategy while coordinating with Marketing and Services.
The role requires proven software solutions selling, leadership experience, and the ability to develop the regional funnel, manage forecasts, and coach high-performing teams in a remote-friendly setup.
Qualifications
- Experience in solution sales in the software sector with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach sales staff.
Responsabilités
- Execute the regional commercial strategy across UK, Ireland and Nordics.
- Lead Direct and Indirect Sales teams to hit regional revenue targets.
- Own regional forecasting, pipeline health and KPI performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services to drive growth.
- Mentor and train team members to improve sales capabilities.
- Identify partners and opportunities to expand DocuWare solutions.
