WorkMotion is hiring a Junior Account Executive for UK & Ireland. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding, targeting remote teams and enabling compliant cross-border hiring.

You’ll work to meet and exceed quarterly targets with a focus on strategic questioning and high-quality demos. The role rewards initiative, resilience, and a data-driven approach in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• BDR/SDR or target-driven, customer-facing role experience.
• Self-driven, fast learner with solid numbers.
• Discovery experience to uncover needs and close deals.
• Outbound mindset: cold outreach to founders effectively.
• AI-savvy with organized CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Coachable and responsive to feedback.
• Native-level English for UK & Ireland buyers.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle in the UK and Ireland, from first conversation to onboarded talent.
• Ask the second and third questions to uncover needs.
• Identify how and why a company hires and what’s at stake if compliance fails.
• Equip HR champions with vision and ROI to influence decision makers.
• Create deal momentum through urgency, negotiation, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with BDRs to build the pipeline in your territory.
