Documo Inc is seeking a Sales Manager for SMB & Mid-Market to build and scale a fully remote team. You will own hiring, onboarding, coaching, and the team’s combined new-logo ARR quota, while mentoring reps on sales methodologies and closing strategies.

You will lead a remote team across the US, align with the SVP of Sales, and drive quota attainment through skill-building and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with team leadership
• Proven ability to coach and develop reps
• Strong knowledge of Challenger or similar sales frameworks

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end SMB/Mid-Market sales coaching and hiring
• Drive monthly and quarterly ARR quota through the team
• Manage pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
• Lead weekly 1:1s, reviews, and onboarding programs
• Collaborate with Enablement and Product Marketing to refine plays
