Job summary

Fire-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and profitability for new and existing accounts. Based from a home office, the role requires frequent travel across the territory and collaboration with distributors and regional fire departments.

You will present sales demonstrations, train distributor staff, and coordinate joint activities with dealers while managing the territory and key accounts. Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales territory management experience required.
• Sales experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling.
• Fire industry experience strongly preferred.
• Home-office base; must live in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and management with regional fire departments and distributors.
• Developing and presenting sales presentations and demonstrations to regional fire departments and distributors.
• Training distributor sales representatives (in classroom and field).
• Coordinating sales activities with dealers and partners.
• Hosting dealer and customer visits to the Medina, OH corporate office and factory.
• Gathering, recording and updating competitive data and sales strategies.
• Traveling 110–130 days per year with 90–100 overnights.
• Maintain and manage the regional sales territory and accounts.
