Job summary

Fire-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across a multi-state territory. This role is home-based with extensive travel to fire departments and distributors, including regional events and HQ visits.

You must reside in CO, IA, MT, ND, NE, SD, UT or WY and manage accounts, present product solutions, and train distributor sales teams. A college degree and fire-industry sales experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• Sales territory management experience required
• Sales experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and management
• Generate direct contact with end-users and build strategic relationships
• Distributor management to maximize revenue and market penetration
• Develop and present sales presentations to regional fire departments and distributors
• Travel 110–130 days per year with 90–100 overnights
