Job summary

Fire-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the CO, IA, MT, ND, NE, SD, UT, and WY territories. You will work from a home office, manage key accounts, and travel extensively to events and headquarter visits.

The role requires college degree or equivalent, proven territory management experience, and strong end-user selling skills. Fire-Dex values robust relationships, presentation skills, and the ability to work independently to expand market share in the fire

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• Sales territory management experience required
• Sales experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling
• Experience within the fire industry very strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and management
• Generating direct contact with end-users and build strong, strategic relationships
• Distributor management to maximize revenue and market penetration
• Developing and presenting sales presentations and demonstrations to regional fire departments and distributors
• Creating product specifications for end-users
• Traveling: 110-130 days per year, with 90-100 overnights
