Job summary

Fire-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and profitability for new and existing accounts from a home office, with extensive travel across the territory.

The role requires strong relationship-building and distributor management skills, experience in multi-step distribution, and a background in fire safety or public safety markets. Travel, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive training are included.

Qualifications

• Territory sales management experience required.
• End-user and distributor selling experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and data-driven selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver regional fire department sales presentations to customers and distributors.
• Manage relationships with distributors and dealers to drive growth and profitability.
• Coordinate and support sales activities with dealers and customers across the territory.
• Travel 110–130 days per year with 90–100 overnights to events and headquarter visits.
• Gather and update competitive data and sales strategies to improve market position.
