Job summary

Fire-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will drive growth and profitability for new and existing accounts across a defined territory.

The role is based from a home office with extensive travel to fire departments and distributors within the CO, IA, MT, ND, NE, SD, UT and WY region. Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent and strong experience in multi-step distribution, end-user selling, and distributor management.

Qualifications

• Relationship building and management across multiple accounts.
• Sales experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling.
• Experience in the fire industry or public safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with end-users and distributors.
• Develop and present regional sales presentations and demonstrations to fire departments and distributors.
• Coordinate with dealers to drive revenue and market penetration.
• Travel for events, headquarter visits, and trainings as needed.
