Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth within an assigned territory. The role combines field leadership with remote work from a home office when not meeting clients, and requires travel to install projects and manage accounts.

You will lead TM teams, manage district P&L, and report on sales activity while coordinating with installation crews and other departments to advance the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an area sales manager or field sales manager.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the District, including weekly AR follow up.
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, and shape image of Territory Managers.
• Conduct quarterly TM plan and review sessions.
• Spend four days per week in the field with TMs calling on customers and aiding installations.
• Monitor calls, quotes, and invoicing performance.
• Coordinate with CMG crews to ensure successful installations within the district.
