Stonhard is seeking a regional Sales Administration leader responsible for overall administration, operations, and business support within a high-volume sales region. You will partner with Sales Leadership to drive accuracy, compliance, and financial performance while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes team development, process improvement, and leading strategic projects across the Sales Administration function to raise efficiency and support corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Operations, or related functions.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing complex operations.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy, service, compliance, and business performance.
• Strong business acumen for evaluating operational, financial, customer, and organizational impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Sales Administration operations and act as primary admin partner to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve operational and financial results.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the regional Sales Administration team.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and strategic projects across the function.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex operational, financial, customer, and organizational issues.
