Job summary

QOL Medical LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Gimoti sales team in the Dallas region. You will drive regional performance, coach Sales Specialists, and ensure execution of strategic plans to optimize market access and patient outcomes.

The role requires a track record of sales leadership in pharma, the ability to manage a high-travel schedule (75%), and a Bachelor’s degree. You will partner with the Area Director to meet and exceed business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated and documented sales and leadership success.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years leading pharmaceutical/biotech/sales teams.
• 5+ years of overall pharmaceutical experience.
• Travel requirements 75% with overnights required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Sales Specialists and coach for performance.
• Own region results and create plans to achieve targets.
• Develop and monitor territory plans, product knowledge, and calls.
• Collaborate with Area Director to support mission and growth.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving across the team.
