QOL Medical, a patient-centric company focused on orphan products, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Gimoti sales team. The RSM will lead Sales Specialists, drive regional performance, coach for growth, and ensure compliant, high‑performing execution.

The role requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, 2+ years leading sales teams, and a strong track record in team development, with travel about 75% and overnight stays.

Formación

• Demonstrated and documented sales and leadership success.
• 2+ years leading highly successful pharmaceutical/biotech/life science sales teams.
• 5+ years of overall pharmaceutical experience.
• Documented history of team development including hiring and performance management.
• Travel requirements 75% with overnights required.
• Strong work ethic, grit, and adaptability.
• Strong problem-solving skills are a must.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and utilize a Servant/Coaching style of leadership.
• Take ownership of the region’s results.
• Create and coach to a set of expectations of success.
• Coaches and develops Sales Specialists to maximize performance and growth.
• Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Work one-on-one with sales specialists on planning, product knowledge, call planning, territory management, data analysis, problem solving, selling skills, and resource utilization.
• Ensure teamwork and open communication within the team and with colleagues.
• Collaborate with Area Director on mission accomplishment.
