Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to launch and lead our field team across multiple states. You will recruit, coach, and develop territory representatives, turning corporate strategy into district plans, and ensuring performance and patient-focused outcomes.

You will partner with Sales leadership to shape national strategy, manage payer engagement, and drive CRM discipline while maintaining compliance and integrity. Willingness to travel 60–75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success launching products in specialty areas.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy and market access dynamics.
• Track record of developing talent and coaching teams.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing district sales team with field coaching.
• Drive national strategy translation into district business plans.
• Coach for impact and optimize payer access and product differentiation.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with marketing, medical affairs, and access.
• Ensure operational excellence with CRM discipline and compliance.
• Conduct territory reviews and manage budget/resources for ROI.
