Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead markets across multiple states and drive launch success. You will recruit, coach, and develop a field team, translating corporate strategy into territory wins while navigating payer environments and access challenges.

You will partner with Sales leadership to shape district plans, monitor performance, and coach on a day-to-day basis to ensure compliant, high-impact execution in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams (front-line management).
• Proven success leading teams through product launches in specialty areas.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, market access, and HCP engagement models.
• Track record of developing talent and improving team performance through coaching.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing district sales team.
• Recruit and develop Therapeutic Specialty Representatives.
• Coach field teams through complex sales cycles to drive launch milestones.
• Translate corporate strategy into district business plans responsive to local markets.
• Establish metrics and tracking to connect daily activities to launch goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and execution.
