Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a region through launches and coach field teams to drive patient outcomes. You will recruit top performers, develop future leaders, and translate strategy into territory wins.

In this role you will partner with Marketing, Market Access, and Training to ensure compliant, data-driven execution, maintaining a strong emphasis on payer access and patient outcomes throughout the launch lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 5+ years leading pharma or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success launching products and leading teams through launches.
• Deep knowledge of sales strategy, market access dynamics, and HCP engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing district sales team.
• Recruit and develop Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned to mission.
• Provide field coaching, feedback, and development plans.
