Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is actively seeking a District Sales Manager to drive launch success and build a high-performing team across multiple states. You will recruit, coach, and develop territory representatives, translating strategy into district plans and performance metrics.

In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, ensuring CRM discipline, payer engagement, and adherence to regulatory guidelines while guiding your region toward patient

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
Proven success launching products in specialty, allergy, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy; willing to travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing district sales team.
Recruit, coach, and develop territory representatives through complex sales cycles.
Translate corporate strategy into district business plans and set clear KPIs.
