Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead the district’s launch efforts, recruit and coach reps, and translate corporate strategy into territory success. You will be in the field, driving performance and integrity while building leadership within the team.

You will partner with Market Access and Hub Services to navigate payer landscapes, ensure alignment with regional launches, and deliver patient access through strategic execution and strong coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success leading teams through product launches in specialty areas.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy and market access dynamics.
• Track record of developing talent and coaching teams.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% (including overnight stays).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team within the district.
• Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned with mission.
• Provide field coaching, feedback, and development plans for reps.
• Drive district plans aligned with national sales strategy and launch milestones.
• Manage payer access challenges and navigate market access complexity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Access, and Training teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain CRM discipline and performance reviews to optimize ROI.
