Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead markets across multiple states. You will recruit talent, develop future leaders, and translate corporate strategy into territory wins while coaching reps through complex sales cycles and payer discussions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute launches, manage performance metrics, and navigate market access. This role requires field leadership, strategic execution, and a passion for helping patients access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Experience launching products in specialty or allergy areas.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into action.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.
