Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive launch success and lead field representatives across districts. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while executing territory plans and ensuring accountability and patient impact.

The role requires strategic collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to optimize payer access and product differentiation, with substantial travel to field sites and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams with frontline management.
Proven success launching products in specialty areas.
Deep understanding of sales strategy, market access dynamics, and HCP engagement.
Able to coach talent and translate data into action; willing to travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing district team.
Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned to mission.
Coach field teams with structured feedback and development plans.
Foster accountability, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
Translate payer insights into actionable district plans and launches.
Ensure CRM discipline and monitor regulatory compliance.
