X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region (Michigan, Indiana). You will drive growth for CPM solutions across plastics, coatings, textiles and automotive sectors, using a land-and-expand strategy.

This role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years of B2B sales, CRM experience, and the ability to travel 50–60%. Veralto offers incentive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Color Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Color management, color appearance, or quality management experience is a plus.
• Industrial experience in paint, plastics, textiles, food, printing, or related industries.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Ability to travel 50–60% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Use land-and-expand strategies to acquire new accounts, expand existing accounts, and defend current installs.
• Segment customers and tailor strategies for sustainable growth.
• Identify and call on prospective customers, provide technical information and demonstrations.
• Interpret customer needs and develop color measurement solutions.
• Regularly update CRM and maintain funnel and forecasts.
