X‑RitePantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region (Michigan, Indiana). You will drive growth in CPM solutions across plastics, coatings, textiles, and automotive segments by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.

The role requires CRM usage, account strategies, and collaboration with marketing and product teams. The position involves travel 50–60% and a compensation range reflecting US market norms, with incentive pay eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Color Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Color management, color appearance, or quality management experience is a plus.
• Industrial experience in paint, plastics, textiles, food, printing, or related industries.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales of X‑Rite’s CPM solutions in the Great Lakes region to drive growth.
• Develop strategies to acquire new accounts, expand existing ones, and defend the current install base.
• Identify and call on prospective customers with technical expertise and demonstrations.
• Update CRM and maintain funnel and monthly forecast; support marketing and product teams.
• Attend regional industry trade shows and provide market intelligence.
