Job summary

X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region (Michigan, Indiana) to drive growth in CPM solutions across plastics, coatings, textiles, and automotive.

You will develop strategies to acquire new accounts, expand existing ones, and manage an accurate CRM for forecasting. Travel 50–60% and collaboration with Marketing and Product teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Color Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Color management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Use land‑expand and upgrade strategies to acquire new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Segment customers and develop growth strategies for each segment.
• Identify and call on prospects, provide technical/product information and demonstrations.
• Interpret customer needs and develop color measurement solutions.
• Regularly update CRM and maintain accurate funnel and forecast.
• Support Marketing and Product Management with market intelligence and trends.
• Attend and support national and regional industry trade shows.
