Job summary

X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead West Region growth in color management solutions. You will identify prospects, assess workflows, and tailor X-Rite offerings to customers in printing, packaging, and related markets.

Rail in a collaborative, high-growth environment with travel across the Midwest. A bachelor’s in business and 8+ years in color-management sales are preferred, along with Salesforce proficiency and a strategic selling mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Eight+ years of related sales experience in the printing consumables or color management markets.
• Strong understanding of color management processes, tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for the West Region by executing strategic sales plans.
• Identify and engage prospective customers, assess needs and workflows, deliver tailored X-Rite solutions.
• Manage Salesforce and related tools, including lead follow-up, forecasting, opportunity tracking and account planning.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and bids, and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support order fulfillment.
