X‑Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for CPM in the North Woods region covering North IL, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. You will drive growth by managing CPM solutions across plastics, coatings, textiles, and automotive industries, developing accounts, and leading sales strategies.

You’ll regularly update Salesforce, travel 50–60%, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to forecast demand and identify trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Color Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Color management knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales of X‑Rite’s CPM solutions in the territory to drive growth across plastics, coatings, textiles, and automotive segments.
• Develop strategies for acquiring new accounts, expanding existing ones, and defending the existing install base.
• Identify prospective customers, provide technical information and product demonstrations to nurture opportunities.
• Update CRM regularly to maintain a robust funnel and forecast.
• Support Marketing and Product Management with market intelligence and trend forecasting.
• Attend and support national and regional trade shows.
