Job summary

X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across plastics, coatings, textile, and automotive sectors in the CPM sales region. You’ll manage accounts, demonstrate color measurement solutions, and leverage CRM tools to forecast and expand the funnel.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel 50–60%. Join a market-leading color science organization with strong industry ties and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Color Science, or related field.
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Color management experience is a plus.
Industrial experience in paint, plastics, textiles, or related industries.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies for acquiring new accounts, expanding existing accounts, and defending current install base.
Segment customers and develop strategies for each segment for sustainable growth.
Identify and call on prospective customers, provide technical information and demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and develop color measurement solutions.
Maintain CRM updates for funnel and monthly forecast.
