Job summary

X‑Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for CPM in the North Woods region including WI, IL, WI, IA, MN. You will drive growth in plastics, coatings, textiles, and automotive sectors by expanding accounts, providing color measurement solutions, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B sales, with travel up to 60%. Nationwide trade shows and CRM stewardship are part of the day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Color Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Color management experience is a plus.
• Industrial experience in relevant industries such as plastics, coatings, textiles, or automotive.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Ability to travel 50–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to acquire new accounts, expand existing accounts, and defend the current install base.
• Segment customers and tailor strategies for each segment to drive sustainable growth.
• Identify and call on prospective customers, provide technical information and demonstrations.
• Assess customer needs and develop color measurement solutions.
• Maintain CRM for accurate funnel and monthly forecast; update records as needed.
• Support Marketing and Product Management with market intelligence and industry trends.
• Attend and support national and regional trade shows.
