Job summary

Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding its field sales team in North America. We are seeking high-performing Area Sales Managers to own and grow key territories, delivering workforce management, site access control, and security solutions to commercial construction clients.

This remotely-based, field-driven role requires strategic account development, executive relationship building, and a disciplined pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business and managing customer relationships within a territory.
• Experience selling into large commercial/industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify opportunities across large commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery to close and manage full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM data (Salesforce).
• Travel approximately 50% to meet customers and close deals.
