Job summary

Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding its field sales team to cover a national territory in the United States. This Area Sales Manager role focuses on driving revenue for workforce management, site access control, and security solutions across large commercial and industrial construction projects.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build deep executive-level relationships, and collaborate with Customer Excellence to ensure long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling to construction customers or related sectors.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Ability to travel ~50% and reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through close in mid-market to large enterprise.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast using CRM and sales tools.
• Build executive relationships with general contractors and project leaders.
• Represent Biosite and ASSA ABLOY in customer engagements.
