Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding its field-based Area Sales team across North America. We are seeking high-performing professionals to own and grow key territories, develop executive-level relationships, and drive revenue growth for workforce management and site access solutions.

This role requires 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience, travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling into the construction industry or related markets.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities across large commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and account expansion initiatives.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close across mid-market to large enterprise contracts.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data.
