Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager for Automotive Floorplan Services in Northern California. Lead a sales team of 10–25 reps, drive market share, and strengthen dealer loyalty while traveling up to 75% of the time across the region.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales leadership, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business. Compensation includes a base of $70,304 with potential bonuses up to $180,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field is required.
• Must live in region and be able to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Area Managers.
• Present and sell company products to clients within region.
• Travel throughout the territory up to 75% of the time.
• Identify prospects and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare reports on activity and sales progress.
