Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead a sales team, develop market plans, and work with distributors to expand our golf and turf solutions across regions.

You will advance product lines, coordinate with marketing and leadership, and travel as needed to build relationships and close deals. The role requires strong Spanish and strategic business skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for complex business discussions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales plans for Commercial Golf, Irrigation, and related products across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Lead and mentor the Latin America sales team; drive distributor performance and market growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, customer care, and leadership to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Travel approximately 50% to meet with distributors and customers.
