Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability in Latin America and the Caribbean. This role manages golf, irrigation, and turf product lines, leveraging a distributor network and cross-functional teams to meet divisional goals.

Must be fluent in Spanish with 10+ years of sales/marketing experience and a track record in strategic planning and leadership. Role supports remote US locations with up to 50% travel, reporting to the Vice President –

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience with multiple channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with the Sales Team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Complete mid-year and end-of-year reviews for each team member.
• Coordinate annual sales and projection plans for all product groups in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities focusing on market segments.
• Lead distributor development and drive improved performance.
