The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets from a US-based, remote-friendly setup. You will develop and execute plans for Commercial Golf Grounds, Irrigation, and parts, leveraging distributor networks and cross-functional teams to exceed divisional targets.

This role requires 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership, a Bachelor's in business or marketing, advanced Spanish, and strong data-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined sales and marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Subject matter expertise in product lines and competitive categories.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and annual objectives.
• Data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions aligned to annual objectives.
• Proven ability to develop and influence distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans per business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Develop and execute annual business plans that achieve sales & profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities focusing on market segments.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with Customer Care; provide technical sales support.
• Lead and communicate with regional employees regarding goals, policies, and strategies.
• Drive project support through distribution channels and negotiate orders.
• Develop distributors to drive improved performance.
• Conduct product/sales training programs to upgrade distributor staff.
