The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets, with a strong focus on golf and turf, irrigation products, and parts. You will directly engage with a distributor network and lead cross-functional teams to exceed divisional targets.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in business or marketing, advanced Spanish, and 10+ years in sales/marketing with multi-channel distribution.

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent.
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience with multiple distribution channels.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

• Develop and implement sales plans per business segment.
